Step 4: Assign Respondents
Assigning respondents is fairly easy.
You simply mark the employees or groups you want to include in the study. The employees you add will all be sent a link to the questionnaire, where they can rate their interaction with the remaining respondents. The groups that the employees are assigned to are the same you will see while analyzing the data.

You also have the opportunity to add people so they can be rated by others but will not be asked themselves. This option is often used for studying social networks involving external parties such as customers or partners.
Finally, you have the option to make a study anonymous. An anonymous study will replace the respondents' names with IDs once the data has been collected.
